Refund Policy for Paper & Porch

At Paper & Porch, we strive to deliver high-quality AI automation tools and services for landlords and property managers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Digital Services & Subscriptions

Because our services are delivered digitally, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • The service has not been fully delivered or completed (e.g., automation setup, background report, or AI assistant deployment).

  • You have reached out to us explaining the issue and given us a chance to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Completed tenant background checks and reports

  • One-time setup fees for custom automations

  • Services already fully rendered

Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You’ll continue to have access to your plan until the end of the billing cycle.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@paperandporch.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
