Digital Services & Subscriptions
Because our services are delivered digitally, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided:

The service has not been fully delivered or completed (e.g., automation setup, background report, or AI assistant deployment).

You have reached out to us explaining the issue and given us a chance to resolve it.
Non-Refundable Items

One-time setup fees for custom automations

Services already fully rendered
Subscriptions & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You’ll continue to have access to your plan until the end of the billing cycle.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
