Paper & Porch exists to help landlords and property managers save time and money through automation. As we grew, we realized our tools weren’t just helping landlords — they were making life easier for renters, travelers, and small businesses across Montana.

Too often, automation is seen as a luxury only large companies can afford. That leaves small landlords and businesses stuck, either with manual tasks or overpriced solutions. How It Works

Application Creation/Follow-up

Custom online applications are created for landlords and property managers for simplicity and data storage. After a tenant submits their application, they will receive an email to complete a background check and verify their income.

Background Check/Income Verification Automation

Background checks and income verification are completed by the applicant before being sent to the landlord. This saves both the landlord and the applicant time when trying to fill a rental. 

Reports Sent Directly To Landlord

After a report is complete you will receive an email with the tenant application, background report, credit report, and income verification.
